RDSO · 01.05.2019RDSO HSFG Bolting Guideline (Letter No. CBS/DFP): maintenance of HSFG bolting assemblies on Railway bridges as per BS-111 Rev.6 or latest, with reminder letter dated 17.04.2024 and RDSO Drawing B-11760/R1.

Board · 08.12.2025Railway Board Implementation Letter: No. 2023/19/CE-III/BR/RDSO/1, issued for implementation of the RDSO guideline prioritizing bridge fastening safety.

Product · PreLOCTITE 2048: applied during assembly for locking threaded fasteners and supporting resistance against vibration, theft, sabotage and under-thread corrosion.

Product · PostLOCTITE 2048LV: low-viscosity post-assembly solution for already assembled fasteners, formulated to penetrate the threaded interface. Both grades manufactured by Henkel Adhesive Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.

Bonding AgentLOCTITE 2048 / 2048LV: applied to SEJ / track bolts, fish plate bolts and turnouts for threadlocking and fastener retention.

Track PadsLOCTITE MR 5005 TS: used for bonding Rubber Track Pads to PSC Sleepers.
